    What awaits you…

    • Act as the daily contact person for all projects related to the Creative team and the liaison between the Client Services, Creative and Production teams
    • Supervise, coordinate and ensure the on-time and orderly flow of all aspects of project management from project initiation to its release
    • Collect input and review work order with Client Services Team and assign to Creative Team
    • Track and follow up on due dates for all aspects of project not limited to copy, layout, art and mechanicals
    • Confirm clear deadlines with Client Services and Production Team and communicate with the Creative Team appropriately
    • Establish and maintain workflow and be aware of the importance of all project timelines in order to adjust priorities when needed within the Creative Team
    • Constant awareness of project status for all creative work
    • Conduct regular status meeting with the Client Services, Creative and Production teams to get an understanding of any new projects coming in and to run through status of current projects
    • Work with Head of Creative and Production Team on resource planning to ensure a sufficient flow of freelance staff are on boarded appropriately and efficiently

    What you should bring with you…

    • 3+ years Traffic/Project Management experience, Agency experience preferred
    • Detail oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize requests for multiple team members
    • Motivated, energetic, positive team player enjoy working cross-functionally with teams
    • Effective problem-solver and negotiator of deadlines and deliverables
    • Proven ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, juggle daily schedules for multiple creative resources simultaneously
    • Excellent verbal and listening communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS applications, working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and HTML is a plus
    • Good command of spoken and written English, Asian language is bonus

    • Act as Creative Lead and partner to Managing Director with functional reporting line to the Chief Creative Officer in Europe

    What you should bring with you …

    • Graduate degree in Fine Arts, Interior or Graphic Design or a related field
    • Min 10+ years’ experience in Creative Direction including 5+ years in management level in sizeable international event or advertising agency, alternatively media or architecture industry
    • Strong knowledge of a broad range of design fields, from experience design, brand development and interactive media to interior design, print design, layouts, graphic fundamentals and typography with a sense for space, volumes, forms and materials
    • Asia Pacific exposure with automotive clientele experience
    • Good understanding of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, 3ds Max, AutoCAD or similar
    • Ability to balance the daily hands-on operative work with strategic and managerial tasks while remaining structured, calm and solution-oriented

    • Implementation of overall creative, technical and logistical elements that help an event succeed
    • Work alongside with Account & Project Managers as well as the Director of Event Operations managing all aspects of the production needs for events
    • Work with the team on event concepts, thru implementation, to live show, to load out and reconciliation of vendor evaluations and payment.
    • Work effectively with both clients and internal teams to deliver event programmes that drive client results against established strategic objectives, timelines and financial goals
    • Recommend construction/implementation methods and materials/equipment for quality delivery & safety compliance for all scenic and technical production elements
    • Develop construction and technical drawings
    • Liaise with audio-visual partners with sourcing all needs and ensuring they are appropriately incorporated into the overall event
    • Identify, source and manage necessary vendors/partner support and provide onsite management during the event
    • Work with internal teams, warehouse and external vendors in ensuring all logistical needs for the event are understood and met
    • Evaluate vendor/partner’s performance and make recommendation on efficiency of delivery
    • Build strong and trusted relationships with vendors and venues to establish transparency and a partnership environment
    • Work closely with Project Producer managing project budget, keeping track of expenses and updating the team on costs to share with clients as needed

    What you should bring with you …

    • 5+ years’ experience managing and directing sizeable corporate events
    • High level of knowledge in production and technical management for large-scale corporate events preferably in automotive industry
    • AutoCAD design skills is a must or at least strongly desired – especially relating to venue layouts, construction drawings and technical planning
    • Familiar with graphics output and software packages including AI and Photoshop
    • Strong knowledge of video and audio systems including projection, LED, playback options, PA and infrastructure
    • Strong knowledge of lighting systems including control, beam angles and power consumption
    • Good understanding of HK events market including regulations and appropriate pricing plus the engineering certificates needed in different situations.
    • Proven track record in vendor management and be able to manage budgets effectively with multiple levels
    • Eye for detail and maniacal attention to delivering high quality and error free deliverables
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
    • Ability to work collaboratively with others for whom you have no direct supervisory authority
    • Excellent ability to establish rapport with others and to build strong interpersonal relationships
    • Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiatives
    • Willing to work in flexible schedule based on the changing priorities

    • 6 + years’ relevant experience in creative or related industry

    • Solid branding experience in delivering high-end concepts and creation direction under the pressure within a fast-paced agency environment

    • Work with Creative and Production Teams on planning and implementation of projects by overseeing the overall technical production process
    • Oversee each project’s life cycle from conception to completion, with an emphasis on technical soundness and resource efficiency
    • Ensure the events are produced to quality standard and delivered in professional, efficient and safe approach
    • Advise Production Managers on the technical specifications, costs and usage of technical equipment required for the individual event and supervise and oversee the implementations of approved technical designs

    • Vet and evaluate the proposed creative concepts for budget, feasibility and safety

    • Recruit and manage technical vendors and freelancer performance on existing and upcoming projects
    • Control costs for vendors to stay within approved budgets

    What you should bring with you…

    • Min 10+ years’ experience with extensive knowledge of technical direction and execution of live business or corporate events
    • Must have Greater China exposure
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals involved with all levels of production (clients, team members, venue managers, event planners, building engineers, vendors etc.)
    • Must have relevant technical / production management experience in the events industry
    • Proven track record of successful project planning and delivery
    • Good knowledge of sound, vision and display systems and technical equipment including computer software and hardware
    • Stay abreast of new technologies and practices covering multiple languages and platforms
    • Well connected and good relationships with vendors in Greater China
    • Ability to identify, comprehend and act on changing customer and business requirements
    • Attention to detail, strong organizational ability and able to work under pressure, distractions and interruptions
    • Possess good customer relations abilities, with outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude
    • Excellent team player with strong leadership skills

    • Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or related industry
    • 10 years and above work experience in Event Agency, at least 5-7 years in management level
    • Creative guru with strong capability to drive fresh creativity and ideas, and keep abreast of emerging trends in online consumer behavior, technologies and design
    • Possess a passion equally high for a variety of artistic fields including scenography, architecture and technologies
    • Solid experience creating impactful visual design and identity work
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills in order to pitch ideas to clients or directors and also explain their ideas to internal team members
    • Regional exposure, with proven experience in managing local and international clients
    • Ability to drive partnerships with various departments to achieve award winning campaigns
    • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and set budgets
    • Strong understanding of designing tools and their potential to express ideas (hand drawn, Abode, Cinema 4D)
    • Experience in digital and motion is a plus
    • Good leadership skills and be able to hire and manage team members
