Your role

The Process Manager (m/f/d) will be responsible for evaluating, improving and monitoring the entire process management at Uniplan. You will work closely with individual offices to ensure the efficiency of business operations, create and implement process changes or improvements as needed. You are responsible for providing training and guidance to individual office, to help them take documentation of existing standard processes and improvements, forecast expected results of process changes, analyse implemented changes and make further adjustments to workflow, schedules or other processes as required. You will participate group compliance audit and follow up findings/reports to management. Your reporting line is to the Chief Finance Officer.

 

Your talent

/ Degree in Business administration (or comparable) and 5 + years professional experience in the
business process management
/ Knowledge of diverse business processes in a wide range of industries, ideally in agency settings
/ Develop and design documents including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts and
implementation procedures
/ Solid understanding of ERP systems and technology integration
/ A high level of computer literacy
/ Strong analytical, communicational and organizational skills
/ High level of Engagement, Motivation and Pro-activeness
/ Detail-oriented problem-solver who is able to employ leadership, critical thinking and time
management skills and can work effectively both independently and in teams
/ Strong English and Chinese skills
