You are the foundation of any creative project and act as the brand ambassador.
/ Turn research into insights and insights into briefings
/ Collaborate with the creative team to take briefs and turn them into original, vibrant brand experiences
/ Develop strategies based on behavior and needs of our client partner brands
/ Create brand activation campaign strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and participation in both analog and connected digital environments
/ Bridge the gap between the analyst and creative teams
/ At least 2-4 years relevant career experience within a known digital / creative brand experience agency
/ A disruptive creative influence, you have confidence in delivering game-changing ideas
/ Experienced communicator with strong presentation skills, impulse generator and driving force, you bring a strong passion for digital trends and brand culture
/ Excellent analytical, solution-oriented and conceptual thinking paired with emotional intelligence and reflectivity
/ High self-motivated and ambitious
Understand the emotional effects of a brand and the human needs to connect with experiences via online social channels
/ You must have a diverse online portfolio of original brand engagement work, demonstrating your prowess in digital, branded utility, activation, campaigns, branded storytelling all for exceptional brand experiences
/ Proficient in English, and German a plus.
