Creative Director (m/f/d)

Your role

/ You bring to Uniplan an attention merchant vision for the kind of brand experiences you want to create

/ You bring to the game your toolbelt of digital native skills coupled with thought leadership on how the ideas you imagine can change the world (or at least the fortunes of our client partners)

/ Drive and lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance to space, budget and deadlines

/ Lead, recruit and develop your creative team. Handle staff performance appraisals and set clear direction and guidance to help team achieve our goals and objectives.

Your talent

/ At least 5 years relevant career experience within a known brand experience agency and experience in the field of live communication, brand experiences and/or brand spaces

/ As an experienced leader you lead your team always with passion and creative ambition.

/ Experienced communicator with strong presentation skills, impulse generator and driving force

/ Strategic and conceptual thinking is up to you, you are curious and constantly on the lookout for new channels and technology.

/ Used to 2D and 3D tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Cinema 4D and or 3D programs

/ High self-motivated and ambitious

/ Diverse online portfolio of original (award-winning) brand engagement work, demonstrating your prowess in digital, branded utility, activation, campaigns, branded storytelling all for exceptional brand experiences

/ Proficient in German and English.
