Your role
- Responsibility for development of creative concepts and ideas for a wide variety of events, conferences, and brand experiences. You will help sell your ideas into our clients and then manage them through creative execution.
- Create event journeys through storytelling, high-end conceptual designs, and brand marketing solutions for clients.
- Develop and design concepts for Corporate Evens and Live Events according to the clients brief and following their brand guidelines and communication strategy.
- An implicit understanding of 2D, 3D, Planning, Digital & Video, with ability of merging all together into outstanding live experiences and scenography.
- Drive and lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance to space, budget and deadlines.
- Own the insights and direction of creative briefs and contribute to evolution of design process.
- Client liaison - either directly (taking brief and following through to completion) or as part of a project team.
- Lead, recruit and develop creative team; provide clear creative direction, motivate and inspire creative team.
- Handle staff performance appraisals and set clear direction and guidance to help team achieve their goals and objectives.
Your talent
- 10 years + work experience in Event Agency, at least 4-6 years in management level
- Working Knowledge in Asia Market (ideally).
- Understanding of Brand Communication through ATL, BTL and Live Communication.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills, be able to pitch ideas to clients or directors and translate client ideas to internal team members.
- Excellent in Chinese and English verbal and written skills.
- Software: Strong understanding of designing tools such as Adobe creative Suite, 3D software, MS Word.
- Experience in digital and motion is a plus.
