Your role
As Senior Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative concepts and ideas for a diverse range of events, conferences, exhibitions, retail experiences, and brand initiatives. Your responsibilities encompass guiding our clients through the creative process, from idea inception to flawless execution.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Conceptualize and Innovate: Lead the charge in developing cutting-edge creative concepts and ideas for various client projects. Your expertise will drive the creative direction.
- Inspire Collaborative Creativity: Organize and lead brainstorming and creative sessions to foster a dynamic flow of ideas within the team.
- Craft Immersive Customer Journeys: Utilize the power of storytelling, high-concept design, and brand marketing strategies to create captivating customer experiences.
- Adherence to Brand Guidelines: Develop and design concepts aligned with client briefs while adhering to their brand guidelines and communication strategies.
- Multi-dimensional Mastery: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of 2D, 3D, Planning, Digital & Video elements and master the art of integrating them to create exceptional live experiences and scenography.
- Project Leadership: Take the lead in managing multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with space, budget, and deadlines.
- Elevate Creative Briefs: Take ownership of the creative briefs, offering insights and contributing to the evolution of the design process.
- Client Relations: Establish strong client relationships, either directly by taking the brief and overseeing project completion, or as an integral part of a project team.
- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, nurture, and inspire a creative team, providing clear direction and motivation. Conduct performance appraisals and guide the team towards achieving their goals.
Your talent
- 10 years + work experience in Event Agency, at least 4-6 years in management level
- Working Knowledge in Asia Market (ideally).
- Understanding of Brand Communication through ATL, BTL and Live Communication.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills, be able to pitch ideas to clients or directors and translate client ideas to internal team members.
- Excellent in Chinese and English verbal and written skills.
- Software: Strong understanding of designing tools such as Adobe creative Suite, 3D software, MS Word.
- Experience in digital and motion is a plus.
