Your role

This senior position fulfils an important role for Uniplan HK, taking responsibility for being the lead point of client contact and working closely with Creative and Project Team to support a variety of event and experiential marketing programmes locally and overseas. This role requires client relationship and account management skills, the ability to work well under pressure and importantly a passion for overseeing and delivering live brand experiences and events.

  • Act as point of contact for all matters related to assigned client projects to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to client needs and objectives
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives, identify and grow business opportunities with both existing and potential clients
  • Work closely with Team Head in the development of new business strategies and opportunities in alignment with company’s financial objectives
  • Manage new client engagement from initial client contact, to defining scope of work, preparing proposals, budgeting, negotiating fees, and recommending staffing structure to support new business initiatives
  • Actively participate in brainstorming and team meetings with Creative and Project Team on pitch and project development to ensure utmost quality of proposal and production is delivered in timely manners
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain good relationships with vendors to develop and expand the vendor pool to support Procurement Team
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure set up and installation are carried out properly and making amends when necessary

Your talent

  • Degree holder or comparable experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations and other related fields
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years proven experience in similar role managing and growing client relationships and account management in event and experiential marketing
  • Solid experience in growing key accounts and managing communications and projects would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Full understanding of pitch process, flow and delivery of projects in proficient standards
  • An ultimate organized multi-tasker with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and be able to handle crisis with appropriate solutions
  • Willing to work over time or during weekends or public holidays if required
