Your Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant & HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Dubai office. This is a cross-functional role that includes accounting, payroll processing, HR administration, office support, and ERP data maintenance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, accurate, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
- Perform daily bookkeeping, data entry, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support monthly reporting, including basic budget tracking and cash flow monitoring.
- Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as required.
Payroll & HR Support
- Collect and verify employee timesheets and prepare payroll inputs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.
- Assist with leave tracking, visa renewals, and employee documentation.
Administration
- Manage general office administration including ordering supplies, filing, and record maintenance.
- Act as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
- Support compliance, health and safety, and insurance-related administrative work.
ERP & Data Maintenance
- Maintain and update ERP system data across finance, HR, and administrative functions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all entries in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing data.
Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting; HR experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience using accounting software or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
