(Senior) Art Director (m/f/d)

Your role

If you are a creative Art Director and you love bringing event concepts to life, this is your chance to make an impact in our team!  
You will support creative leadership and collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and experiences, while also working closely with Account and Project teams to deliver on project work.

• Lead the visual creation of immersive brand experiences, translating strategy into concepts for live events, digital platforms, and campaigns
• Work collaboratively with the Creative Team, Account Servicing and Project Team in the development of compelling design solutions to meet client’s expectation
• Present and brainstorm ideas and concepts with Creative Team and manage the development through several stages of concept and execution in timely and articular manner
• Involved in the preparation of business proposals, tender documents and client presentations and ensure deadlines are being adhered to for each state in the process
• Review project production factors by studying and managing budget, background information, objectives, presentation approaches, styles, and techniques
• Provide mentorship to juniors with clear direction and guideline and identify work progress improvement

Your talent

• 5+ years of marketing experience in a creative role, preferably in an agency environment. Experience working in experiential marketing preferred
• Excellent in creative and artistic presentation with an ability to articulate concepts clearly and compellingly
• Naturally motivated, proactive and take initiative, both on individual projects and pitching new approaches, processes and ideas
• Possess excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, understand how to communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully
• Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple things simultaneously while delivering information in a timely manner and adhere to established timelines
• Brilliant self motivator with strong leadership skills, be able to bring out the best in everyone around you
