Your role
If you are a creative Art Director with strong graphic design foundation and you love bringing event concepts to life, this is your chance to make an impact in our team ! You will support creative leadership and collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and to transform abstract strategies into tangible, physical experiences, across live events, brand activations, retail pop ups, and exhibitions.
- Lead and develop the visual creation of innovative design concepts for experiential environments, blending 3D space, environmental graphics, and storytelling
- Translate 2D design principles into physical and digital assets, including event collaterals, spatial layouts, and multimedia presentations
- Work collaboratively with Account Servicing and Production Team in the development of compelling design solutions to meet client’s expectation
- Present and brainstorm ideas and concepts with Creative Team and manage the development through several stages of concept and execution in timely and articular manner
- Involved in the preparation of business proposals, tender documents and client presentations and ensure deadlines are being adhered to for each state in the process
- Guide external freelancers with clear direction and guideline to ensure work is delivered in timely manners
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies including AI models to keep the agency at the forefront of creativity and ensure all generated assets are aligned with client brand guidelines
Your talent
- Min 3 to 8 years of experience in experiential marketing, agency environment, or production design settings
- Excellent in creative and artistic presentation with an ability to articulate concepts clearly and compellingly
- Deep mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and the ability to dictate typography, hierarchy, and color flawlessly
- Good presentation and storytelling skills with a portfolio that proves conceptual thinking, design execution, and campaign continuity
- Naturally motivated, proactive and take initiative, both on individual projects and pitching new approaches, processes and ideas
- Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple things simultaneously while delivering information in a timely manner and adhere to established timelines
- High proficiency in generative AI tools with proven ability to combine AI workflows with traditional post-production software (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects)
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Graphic Designer
