Your role
We are seeking a visionary “Creative Director” to join our Creative Team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, branding, and experiential marketing, who transforms abstract brand strategies into immersive, real-world experiences. Oversee the design, technology, and spatial storytelling for live events, pop-ups, and interactive installations from concept to execution.
- Creative Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from ideation and concept design to execution
- Client Engagement & Presentation: Work closely with the Account Servicing and Business Development Team to pitch and present creative concepts and experience flow to clients in a compelling and strategic manner
- Concept Development: Translate client briefs into compelling and immersive stories through physical and digital activations and events
- Project Oversight: Collaborate closely with Production Team to bring creative visions to life while maintaining feasibility, budget, and timelines
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of design and creativity by providing constructive feedback to team members and freelancers
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and experiential innovations to craft cutting-edge event experiences
- Mentorship: Inspire and motivate team members to push creative boundaries and produce standout work
Your talent
- 10+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or creative direction
- Solid experience in a senior creative leadership or director role, with a proven track record of managing client expectations by offering innovative solutions that enhance brand experiences
- Proven expertise in conceptualizing and executing high-impact corporate, brand, and public events
- Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale events, activations, and brand experiences
- Experience in working with luxury brands, corporate clients, and high-profile government entities is a plus
- Strong understanding of event design, stage production, audiovisual technologies, and digital integrations
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives, ensuring feasibility and budget alignment.
- Leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and inspiring junior team members
- Tech-Savvy, familiar with AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and streamlining workflows and boost operational efficiency
