Your role
We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to join our team in Hong Kong, specializing in creative strategy and narrative-driven brand experiences. The ideal candidate is a master storyteller who can bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and immersive, real-world execution.
This is a "hands-on" leadership role that demands a strong Art Direction and execution skillset. You will be responsible for defining the narrative "thread" of every project—transforming abstract goals into compelling spatial journeys—while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate and elevate visual conceptualization. We need a leader who can manage high-level client expectations through innovative solutions that push the boundaries of experiential marketing.
- Strategic Storytelling: Architect the overarching narrative and experiential journey for brand activations. You will translate client business objectives into creative strategies that use spatial storytelling and interactive installations to build emotional connections
- Art Direction & AI Integration: Act as the lead aesthetic authority, overseeing the visual language of all projects. You will integrate generative AI tools (image and video) into the creative workflow to enhance rapid prototyping, mood-boarding, and final visual output
- Client Leadership: Direct and manage high-level client expectations, presenting innovative creative solutions that solve business challenges while enhancing the overall brand experience
- End-to-End Execution: Oversee the creative process from initial concept and strategy through to final production, ensuring the highest standards of design and brand integrity are maintained throughout
Your talent
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in brand experience (events), experiential marketing, advertising, or creative direction
- Leadership: Proven track record in a senior creative leadership or director role, with a strong ability to manage teams and complex client relationships
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in MAC and Adobe Creative Suite. While the focus is on brand experience, and art Direction, a background in 3D, video editing or motion graphics is considered a significant plus
- AI Savvy: Solid hands-on experience using generative AI for image and video creation to streamline the creative process and push visual boundaries
- Language: Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is highly preferred
- Mindset: A hybrid thinker who balances big-picture creative strategy with a meticulous eye for execution and detail
