Your role

This position fulfils an important role for Uniplan HK, taking responsibility for being the lead point of client contact and working closely with management and cross-functional teams in shaping client relationships, securing new business, and ensuring high quality delivery.

Client Leadership & Account Management:

  • Act as point of contact for all matters related to assigned client projects to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to client needs and objectives
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives, identify and grow business opportunities with both existing and potential clients

Pitch Leadership & Business Development:

  • Lead end to end pitch processes from brief understanding to final proposal delivery
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with Head of Accounts in the development of new business strategies and opportunities in alignment with company’s financial objectives
  • Ensure projects are delivered with healthy margins and strong financial discipline to maximise efficiency and profitability

Project Oversight & Delivery Excellence:

  • Oversee the delivery of projects to ensure client expectations, brand objectives and quality standards are met
  • Maintain strong control over budgets, timelines and gross profit (GP)
  • Act as escalation point for key issues and ensure smooth project execution

Resource & Team Management:

  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners/freelancers across projects
  • Contribute to the potential development and scaling of a dedicated team to support business initiatives
  • Build good relationships with vendors including freelancers to develop and expand the vendor pool to support project needs and timeline

Your talent

  • Min 5+ years of experience in brand experience, events, exhibitions, or integrated agency environments
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex accounts and high-value projects
  • Strong track record in pitch leadership and new business development
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end project delivery (strategy to execution)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a bonus
  • Willing to work over time over weekends or public holidays and available to travel if required
