Senior Motion Designer (m/f/d)

Your role

• Work with the Creative Lead to create compelling high quality animations and video productions
• Use your conceptual and design skills to bring ideas to life
• Motion graphics and video editing to large scale events, livestream, digital and brand experiences
• Manage real and unreal time rendering
• Work closely with Account and Production teams in the execution of projects
• Assist in developing new business proposals and case studies
• Stay up to date with emerging production tools and technology advancements
• Manage external vendors and freelancers

Your talent

• Minimum 5 years of motion design experience ideally within an agency environment
• A strong sense of design and typography with the ability to effectively follow creative lead and brand guidelines
• Ability to select appropriate audio and edit footage and animations to create compelling and engaging content aligned with effective style frames and storyboards
• Familiar with Adobe After Effects, Premiere/Final Cut, Photoshop is required
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D and 3D design programs is a plus
• Past experience with virtual / XR content is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external clients under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, and attentive to details is a must
• Due to the nature of the industry some work at nights, holidays and weekends may at times be required in order to fulfill event requirements
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Motion Designer
