Your role
- Responsible for the planning and execution of events across variety of experiential activations, exhibitions, conferences, award shows and meetings etc
- Lead and manage the Event Operations team, handling resource allocation of the team across the event portfolio and overseeing hiring, induction and providing mentorship and training to team members as required
- Manage, prioritize and oversee events alongside the client services team advising on creative concept and project development through initial briefing to reconciliation
- Partner with Sales & Account Services Team to develop comprehensive proposals by providing relevant recommendations and solutions and accurate budgets to meet clients’ requirements and to ensure individual event and overall business revenue targets are met
- Work closely with HR on manpower planning and allocation to support different projects and manage freelancer’s productivity
- Help develop and expand vendor pool and introduce to Procurement for future reference
- Maintain good work partnership with vendors to ensure projects are implemented on time, within scope and budget
Your talent
- Seasoned Event Professional, with a minimum 10+ years of relevant experience from agency industry
- Project experience with experiential, conference, exhibition, meeting, incentive and production management
- Advanced project management skills including budget creation, logistics planning and management and reconciliation
- Problem solver with excellent communication skills and the confidence to lead, influence and manage expectations at all levels
- Solid experience in staff planning and resources allocation
- Deadline driven with strong sense of accuracy and detail minded
- Exceptional ability to establish relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients, vendors and suppliers
- Business oriented with strong analytical skills and good sense in local and international market trends
- Ability to fulfil flexible working hours during busy periods including weekends and public holidays
