3D Event Designer (m/f/d)

Your role

• Support a wide range of experiential and digital projects for a brilliant portfolio of brands/clients
• Work closely with Account Services and Operations team in new business pitch development and execution of the project and/or assignment
• Create spatial experiences for business proposals from idea generation and spatial planning to implementation for a range of events, visual merchandising and exhibitions spaces
• Participate in departmental, planning, and design meetings, as well as in brainstorming sessions
• Make sure designs satisfy client and corporate requirements, are within budget, and are delivered within deadline
• Conceptualize and provide graphic/3D design layout such as perspective view, elevated plan, technical and line drawings
• Ensure project status, delivery information are promptly communicated to internal teams and clients
• Work collaboratively with external partners such as the printers, suppliers, and sub-contractors for the execution of designs
• Conduct online research on relevant design projects if needed

Your talent

• Diploma/Degree in Event/Exhibition Design, Interior Design, Architecture or design related disciplines
• Min 5 years’ + relevant experience in event production, exhibition booth and/or shopping mall decorations
• Solid portfolio of previously and successfully managed events, such as corporate events, conferences and seminars, awards and ceremonies etc
• Possess positive attitude with the ability and willingness to work with clients and colleagues from departments of the company
• Innovative minded individual with strong ability to generate new ideas continually concerning design creation and production techniques
• Excellent time management skills and be able to complete challenging projects within tight deadlines
• Able to build and render in 3D studio Max, Photoshop and Illustrator 
• Skillful in hand sketching, technical drawing in AutoCAD and a knowledge of graphic applications
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
