Introduction
Bringing Vision to Life on Geneva’s Balcony
Uniplan handled the physical production and build to realize an extraordinary live unveiling event 1,100 meters above sea level for the world premiere of the new Škoda Peaq.
Located at Les Panoramiques du Salève in the French Pre-Alps, also known as Geneva’s Balcony, the venue combined modern event spaces with dramatic panoramic views of Lake Geneva. Based on the concept by Schachzug, under the lead agency direction of CCL, and with technical infrastructure by Wige, Uniplan was responsible for turning the complex architectural vision into a high-end physical reality across five setup days and two dismantling days.
Challenge
Mastering Alpine Logistics and High-Altitude Operations
Executing a premium scenic build in a mountain environment presented unique spatial and structural challenges.
The nature setting at 1,100 meters altitude inherently demanded specialized operational planning. Because large vehicles could not navigate the steep mountain routes directly, all materials had to be reloaded on-site from heavy trucks onto multiple smaller transport vehicles to reach the summit to Delivering a seamless, high-end branded environment at both valley and peak levels, while overcoming geographical and physical constraints, demanded precision execution every step of the way.
What We Did
Constructing a Brand Journey from Valley to Peak
We executed the complete scenic setup to establish a fully branded, multi-level event environment.
At the valley station, our team realized a fully branded "Base Camp" and branded the official cable car. At the top station, we transformed the space by laying carpet and plants, hanging a prominent 3D Škoda logo, and outfitting the terrace with curated furniture and greenery. To elevate the high-altitude theme, we carefully integrated photo moments across all levels to invite guests to create distinctive content.
