Introduction
Orchestrating a Historic Centenary
To celebrate Zott’s 100-year anniversary, Uniplan conceptualised, engineered, and executed a spectacular two-day celebration that transformed raw land into a premium event campus.
Designed to honour a century of brand history while delivering a festival atmosphere, the two-day event welcomed around 2,100 guests in total, beginning with an exclusive VIP night followed by a massive celebration for all employees the next day. Serving as the lead force, Uniplan provided a full-scope turnkey execution that bridged rich company history with an unforgettable brand experience.
Challenge
Engineering a Premium Event Campus on Raw Ground
Building a monumental, multi-stage anniversary experience required turning a raw site of over 5,000 sqm into a fully operational event venue.
To support the massive crowd, the location required a complete infrastructure built entirely from scratch. The central challenge lay in executing complex site logistics, laying down temporary infrastructure, and constructing full utility networks while simultaneously maintaining a welcoming atmosphere across the event campus.
What We Did
Designing a World of Legacy and Entertainment
We designed a dynamic venue concept that seamlessly combined rich heritage with exclusive festival entertainment.
To deliver a complete brand experience, our scope extended to the full catering concept, site decoration, and coordination. At the heart of the experience was a 3,800 sqm cubic pavilion, inside of which we created a cosy yet grand atmosphere anchored by a suspended gauze fabric of over 100 metres in length, projecting dynamic candle graphics and various custom content throughout the event.
The setup was complemented by a custom-designed, immersive on-site museum detailing Zott’s 100-year history, while outside, a stylish lounge framed by an architectural Skyliner canopy welcomed guests. To top off the electric atmosphere, we built two stages, including an outdoor round arch stage which set the scene for a spectacular live show by German rock legend Peter Maffay.
