From ‘Made in China’ to ‘Created in China’
No economy can thrive long-term on inexpensive labour producing what has been invented and developed elsewhere.
To survive, all brands must focus on the new and the next. Wanli Tires has passed the threshold from only manufacturing to innovating its products. It needs to tell the world it has shifted from ‘Made in China’ to ‘Created in China’.
The 'Interactive Dialysis Screen' brought to detailed life tire construction, while the 'Wild Tires' game was a vivid way to present the visitor with product features and practical applications.
This mix of the informative and the playful expressed left a lasting impression that 'Created in China' is embedded in the Wanli brand. Our challenge was to help the brand tell this story of technological innovation it shows that engaged, informed and enticed visitors into its Innovation Showroom. To demonstrate Wanli's dedication to 'smart manufacturing' we installed a combination of multimedia technology.
