This accessibility statement applies to the website of Uniplan GmbH & Co. KG published at uniplan.com.
General Description of the Service
The website of Uniplan GmbH & Co. KG provides information about the company, its services, and enables direct contact.
Applicable Legal Requirements
For digital services, the requirements according to § 14 of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG) in conjunction with § 3 paragraph 1 BFSG as well as the Ordinance on the BFSG (BFSGV) apply.
Implementation of Accessibility Requirements
The assessment is based on a self-evaluation supported by the AccessGO accessibility tool.
Based on this review, the website is partially compliant with the aforementioned accessibility requirements.
Specifically, the following points are not fully aligned with the applicable accessibility regulations:
• Barrier: Some links are empty or contain no text, making their purpose or destination unclear.
• Barrier: Redundant adjacent links that lead to the same target.
• Barrier: Missing label on a form field group.
• Barrier: Unclear or non-descriptive link text on a link.
• Barrier: Redundant title text on an element.
Planned Approach to Addressing the Identified Barriers:
We are currently planning the implementation of measures to address and resolve these barriers.
Note on PDF files:
Some PDF documents provided on the website (e.g. user manuals, declarations of conformity, energy labels, certificates) are currently not fully accessible.
These files may have structural and technical limitations — including missing heading structures, undefined reading orders, missing alternative texts for graphical content, or untagged tables. As a result, they are only partially usable with assistive technologies.
Currently, for organizational and economic reasons, it is not possible for us to provide all existing PDF documents in a fully accessible format. However, we are making efforts to ensure that new documents will be published in an accessible format wherever possible.
If you need a specific document in an accessible format, please feel free to contact us. We will gladly provide you with an individually accessible version where possible.
